What we collect
When you visit 256grays.com, we collect three categories of information.
Analytics data via Google Analytics 4
Page views, session duration, country and city at the city level (not precise location), device type, referral source, and interaction events such as scrolling, link clicks, and form submissions. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal information through analytics. Data is processed by Google LLC.
Advertising data via Google Ads
If you visit our site through one of our Google Ads campaigns, Google records the click and any subsequent conversion events, such as form submissions or appointment bookings, for attribution and campaign optimisation. Data is processed by Google LLC.
Contact information you provide directly
If you submit our contact form, request our portfolio, or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and any message content you choose to share. This is processed by Brevo (sendinblue.com), our transactional email and contact management provider, and stored in our Brevo account. We use it to respond to you and, if you opt in, to send occasional studio updates.
We do not set any first-party cookies directly. The cookies set on your visit are issued by Google (Analytics and Ads), conditional on the consent choice you make in our cookie banner.
How to control your data
You will see a cookie banner on your first visit. You can:
- Accept to allow Google Analytics and Google Ads to track your visit for analytics and ad attribution.
- Reject to deny those signals. We will still log essential traffic information at the server level for security and operational purposes.
